RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Tarrytown, NY that is seeking a Business Analyst.

Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Workday Time and Absence modules and hands-on experience integrating business processes into ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to analyze, design, and optimize time tracking and absence management processes, while ensuring seamless integration with ServiceNow workflows.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in HRIS or enterprise systems
• Hands-on experience with Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules
• Proven experience integrating business processes into ServiceNow
• Strong understanding of HR operations, time tracking policies, and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with process mapping tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
