Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst with experience in Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 to join our team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are translated into scalable, efficient, and effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and document functional and technical specifications.
  • Solution Design: Leverage Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) or Dynamics 365 to design and deliver business solutions.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between the business units, development teams, and project managers to ensure alignment and clarity on deliverables.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes and recommend optimizations leveraging automation and integration capabilities of Power Platform or Dynamics 365.
  • Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation, including use cases, user stories, workflows, and data models.
  • Testing and Validation: Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
  • Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support for users to maximize adoption and efficiency of implemented solutions.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience:

  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, or Field Service modules).

Technical Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with Dataverse (Common Data Service) and model-driven apps.
  • Basic understanding of low-code/no-code development and integrations.
  • Knowledge of Azure services is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business problems into technical solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management.
  • Certifications: Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
  • Experience working in cloud-based environments and with CI/CD processes.
  • Understanding of data security, compliance, and governance principles in cloud applications.
