Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and documenting detailed business requirements, ensuring they are aligned with corporate standards. You'll translate business needs into functional requirements and work with senior team members to ensure they are verifiable and testable.

Responsibilities

• Define and document detailed business requirements, ensuring they align with corporate standards.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements without presuming a technical solution.
• Support the software development lifecycle, coordinating with project and release management.
• Communicate functional requirements to IT stakeholders and technical solutions to business stakeholders.
• Assist in defining project scope, providing input on estimates and evaluation criteria.
• Support process improvement initiatives and the design and testing of new projects.
  
  

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of business systems and industry requirements.
• Experience in documenting and refining detailed business and functional requirements.
• Ability to work effectively across teams and with stakeholders to communicate technical and business needs.
• Proven ability to support the full software development lifecycle.
