Job Summary

• Business Analyst / Product owner aligned to FX Cash STP Trading team will be driving technology requirement identification an business adherence. The work aligned will be related to business extension as well as an application transformation project. This role may additionally interact multiple projects across the FX Trade Management space - across FX Cash, Quartz Trade Management, FX Options, applications. This person will need to collaborate with appropriate operational and business stakeholders of the regulatory projects to identify requirements. Additionally, they are expected to fully vet requirements, and handover work to be implemented by working with Dev leads, scrum master, and quality analysts. The person is expected to maintain facilitative working relationship with all project participants involved.

Responsibilities

• 10-15 years of experience in the Investment Banking / Capital Markets environment preferably working in business analyst and/or product owner capacity. Must have demonstrated depth of knowledge in an investment banking asset class - equities, fixed income, FX etc.,
• At least 5 years of experience working in an Agile environment. Candidate must have good understanding of the SDLC/Agile processes and ability to work with agile methodology.
• Must be a self-starter, thorough thinker with mature and excellent communication. Be able to abstract technical matters for wider discussion and distribution.
• Collaborative personality / communication style that keeps people engaged, focused on the objective, and maintains an air of openness.

• Must be extremely well organized, able to manage multiple asks across multiple stakeholders in a complex, changing environment.

• Requirements:
• Actively manage internal external dependencies for requirement creation and validation.
• Shares knowledge and can work effectively as part of an agile team
• Prior experience in Capital Markets space, particularly the FX product space.
• Prior experience in electronic trading pre-trade, execution, post-trade spaces.
• Demonstrated experience Scaled Agile / Program Interval (PI) planning.
• Prior experience in environments with transaction processing systems or payment systems.
• Prior experience as a business analyst in investment banking / capital markets environment
• Prior experience working in regulatory driven work.
