We are seeking a highly analytical, communicative, and adaptable Business Analyst to join our team. This individual will act as a vital bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving process improvements, capturing and refining requirements, and ensuring solutions are both effective and scalable. Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a significant plus, as we continue to expand automation efforts to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, workflows, and user stories.
  • Conduct gap analyses to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements, especially where automation may be applied.
  • Partner with development and RPA teams to design and implement robust, scalable solutions.
  • Serve as the communication conduit between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment and mutual understanding.
  • Analyze data to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress and provide clear, concise updates to all stakeholders.
  • Document current and future state processes; facilitate change management and user adoption.
  • Navigate and adapt to varying personalities across business units while fostering collaboration and trust.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in environments involving process automation or RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams and adapt communication styles to suit different personalities and organizational levels.
  • Proficiency with business analysis tools and process modeling techniques.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other modern project delivery frameworks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
