This consulting group is seeking a Business Analyst to support IT initiatives through business process analysis and technology-driven solutions. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, document technical requirements, and support systems implementations from concept to post-launch.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and document software requirements
• Develop functional specifications and assist in solution design
• Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment activities
• Support project coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Assist with operational or administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or IT project support
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation tools
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, Visio, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred

This is an in-office position with potential for remote work after an initial onboarding period. Background check required.
