Who You’ll Work With:

We are seeking a Nashville-based Business Analyst to join our Client Infrastructure Services team in Global Technology & Operations.

In this role, you will collaborate with various teams across the firm to understand business needs and identify how technology can meet those needs through the design and implementation of efficient processes and tools. The Business Analyst will work with Business Sponsors and Stakeholders to understand the business problem and the desired outcome. They will strategize on the approach, collaborate on requirements definition, and partner with Development and Quality Assurance teams to architect and implement solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Gather and define requirements across multiple stakeholders and collaborate with development teams on design and implementation.
• Conduct meetings, gather information, and produce detailed notes, documentation, and requirements.
• Structure ambiguous business problems and recommend solutions using process design and supporting technologies.
• Align with Product Owners to outline dependencies and risks.
• Identify cross-team dependencies or opportunities to refine and determine value.
• Perform in-depth requirement analysis.
• Communicate results clearly and concisely.
• Collaborate with development teams on interface design and implementation.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Perform user acceptance testing.
• Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of business analyst experience.
• Experience working in an agile environment using agile methodologies.
• Understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a scrum team.
• Experience with digital applications (desktop and/or mobile) and a good understanding of user experience and functionality is preferred.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry, including equities, fixed income, multi-asset, and/or alternative strategies, is a plus.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills (written, oral, and presentation).
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and partner with IT to recommend solutions.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent documentation skills, including visual representation of complex processes.
• Ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders and business partners.
• Client-focused with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
• Motivated and able to work independently and in a team.
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, capable of managing multiple projects.
• Ability to write User Stories with testable acceptance criteria.
• Quick learner of new business areas, processes, and applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence or similar tools for agile management is preferred.
• Experience using Artificial Intelligence to augment the Business Analyst function is a plus.
