Department Overview

The Product Orderability group is responsible for product, software, and services implementations in CRM, ERP, and Product Lifecycle Management Systems. The group has a global presence in North America, Europe, and Asia. It collaborates with cross-functional teams (Sales, Go-to-Market, Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain and Services) for end-to-end definition and implementation of product offers and configurations in CRM/ERP systems, from Quoting to Fulfillment, to provide better user experiences to customers, partners, resellers and Salesforce. The group is investing in onboarding new tools and technologies to drive automation, enable self-service, and reduce manual efforts. We seek problem-solvers and leaders in automation to help automate our business processes using AI, RPAs, BOTs, etc.

Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work with cross-functional stakeholders (Product Owners, Sales, Factory, Engineering, etc.) to understand product requirements/scope and convert them into requirements documents for ordering systems: Oracle CPQ, Oracle R12 Configurator, MOL, and COF
• Ensure product configurations in the above systems are defect-free and orderable
• Finalize Parts setup and BOM structure in Agile/EBS related to Product Configuration and provide SME level support to cross-functional teams
• Partner with developers to explain requirements and perform testing after development is complete
• Coordinate with the factory to ensure product configuration is set up correctly and Sales Orders can be processed without errors
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Product Management, Engineering, IT, Services, and PLM/EBS to gather and analyze requirements and deliver ERP/CRM implementations
• Work in an Agile team environment
• Ensure Product Compliance requirements are met for various regions/countries
• Ensure agreed standards are met for Orderability UX
• Drive SKU reduction, product cancellation analysis, and offer/structure simplification with Product Management, Engineering and Supply Chain
• Identify opportunities for process simplification and assist with automation initiatives
• Create test plans, cases, and scripts to verify items, BOMs, and configuration rule changes
• Create/update requirement documents as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree required; Master\'s Degree preferred
• 1.5+ years of experience in an analyst role
• Demonstrated experience with ERP and CRM systems; Oracle CPQ, EBS and Agile PLM preferred
• Experience in SKU and Product Structure optimization
• Experience managing teams with Agile methodologies
• Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Able to learn new technology quickly, become the expert, solve problems, and teach others
• Experience creating business process models and using them to describe business requirements
• Strong requirements gathering and analytical skills
• Excellent written, speaking, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with remote teams in a global environment
• Familiar with Agile vs. Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with Oracle SW products PLM, EBS, and CPQ; Avigilon PLM/SAP preferred
• Experience in the telecommunications domain preferred
• Knowledge of basic programming languages (e.g., SQL, PL/SQL, Google Script) preferred
• Proficiency in one or more ERP/CRM systems, such as Oracle
• Experience in process optimization and automation using technologies including homegrown solutions, RPA, and AI

Compensation and Benefits

Target Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 USD. Pay will vary based on knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the candidate.
