Summary

This Business Analyst will research and analyze documents to gather requirements and apply business analysis principles to create solutions that meet business needs. This role involves translating customer business needs into application requirements, facilitating stakeholder communication, and supporting Agile development processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze documents to gather business requirements and apply business analysis methodologies.
• Interpret customer business needs, then translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, surveys, and focus groups to gather comprehensive requirements.
• Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams and remove project impediments.

Requirements

• Ability to research, analyze documents, and apply business analysis principles to create requirements that meet business needs.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret customer needs and translate them into application requirements.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement techniques including interviewing, surveying, and leading focus groups.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work independently or on a team.
• Experience as a Business Analyst on software projects utilizing Agile methodologies and testing system changes.
