Overview
Business Analyst role at CACI International Inc. CAC I is seeking a Business Analyst in support of the Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) contract with the Department of the Air Force. The EITaaS program provides a common set of required EIT services across 187 bases to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for users across mission environments and enable the USAF to shift focus from network operations to mission operations. CACI is transforming IT services from an in-house, base-centric delivery model to an enterprise service delivery model.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment, working closely with product owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams.
- Act as the primary liaison for capturing, analyzing, and managing functional and non-functional requirements, including detailed user stories.
- Translate business and mission objectives into actionable system requirements within a prioritized product backlog.
- Meet regularly with internal and external stakeholders to gather, validate, and refine business needs.
- Clearly communicate business needs to the development team through well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with the Scrum Master to define Release and Sprint backlogs, assist in resolving impediments, and contribute to sprint planning activities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure that solutions meet customer expectations and business objectives.
- Evaluate completed work to confirm it aligns with requirements and agreed scope.
- Lead product demonstrations to stakeholders, collect feedback, and report on iteration outcomes.
- Lead project management activities related to ISN migration, including deployment coordination and status reporting.
- Coordinate with program members and stakeholders to ensure migration schedules and milestones are tracked, communicated, and achieved.
Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance
- 10+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience; Master’s degree in related field may be substituted for bachelor’s degree and 3 years relevant experience).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation
Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $75,200–$158,100. Salaries are influenced by location, experience, and other factors.
