Description

Required Skills: Must have excellent analytical skills and at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, working closely with business partners to elicit requirements, document process flows, identify risks and mitigation strategies, and participate in defining strategies for technical solutions. Experience documenting detailed functional and technical requirements, and communicating effectively with developers to ensure acceptance criteria are understood. Support UAT and SIT testers to clarify requirements and distinguish between defects and new requirements. Collaborate with testers to ensure test plans and scripts meet requirements. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with facilitation abilities. Self-motivated with minimal supervision, good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to analyze existing capabilities, identify gaps, and opportunities. Working knowledge of agile tools like JIRA, and experience with Agile methodologies including story writing, grooming, and sprint planning.

Position Summary

This role acts as the primary interface with business partners, solution architects, and technology teams. Responsibilities include analyzing current processes, assessing business models, capturing stakeholder requirements, and working with development teams to refine specifications. The role is within an Agile Scrum team, collaborating on feature evaluation, user story creation, and technical review.

Additional Information

Requires experience with SQL, backend processes, security, permissions, and database mapping. Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Long-term project with a hybrid work setting in Charlotte, NC. Salary range: $46.00 - $50.00/hr.
