Job Title: Business Analyst at ProMach
ProMach is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth IT project execution, define, analyze, validate, and document business needs, and work closely with technical teams to develop scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform business process design and requirements definition with functional teams
- Document requirements for process changes and development needs with technical details
- Analyze and prioritize enhancement requests, identify solutions, and collaborate with technical teams
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between functional and technical teams for enhancements
- Provide functional requirements and perform QA testing of enhancements
- Manage scope and requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist in operational rollout and user training for new functionalities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis for software systems and applications
- Experience with ERP implementations, especially in manufacturing, preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Reliable with timely task completion
- Ability to travel at least 30%
