We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to collaborate with clients in gathering and analyzing business requirements, enhancing processes, and delivering data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will support cross-functional initiatives, contribute to strategic planning, and ensure operational excellence within a fast-paced environment. This role is especially suited for candidates with 1+ years of experience, preferably in financial services or consulting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, processes, and objectives
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
- Assist in the design and implementation of systems and processes to improve client operations
- Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Work with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and finance to ensure project success
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes for compliance and competitiveness
- Facilitate client workshops and meetings to drive consensus and informed decisions
- Support development of financial models and forecasts for strategic planning
- 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in working with complex data sets
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience in the financial services or consulting industry
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus

Education:
