Responsibilities

• Liaise with Biz to formalize high level requirements
• Create functional Features & User Stories with clear acceptance criteria from high level requirements
• Lead product backlog grooming sessions with relevant stakeholders in Biz & Technology and ensure requirements are well understood by all
• Manage Sprint through Jira/Confluence; participate in scrum meetings and track project milestones
• Demonstrate effective communication and coordination with business and technology teams

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience within financial services or consulting
• Banking domain and regulatory reporting experience
• 3 years of experience in project management and the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC)
• Data analysis and SQL queries retrieval knowledge
• 5–8 years of experience in the Banking domain
• Most recent roles should be Scrum Master
• Knowledge of Agile processes
• Experience managing Sprint through Jira/Confluence, participating in scrum meetings, and tracking milestones
• PMP Certification a plus

Salary

Salary range: $90,000-$120,000 per year
