Position Title: Business Analyst

Duration: 12+ Months (Possibility of extension)

Job Description:

10 plus years of business analysis experience required in brokerage or related field.
Must have deep understanding of Brokerage functions such as client onboarding, trading, margin, lending, asset servicing, calculation of portfolio values.
Experience with defining end-to-end process and data flow diagrams and experience with process flow tools.
Must possess strong data analysis and data modelling skills. Familiarity with data analysis tools (ie SQL, Excel, etc).
Experience writing user stories with detailed and comprehensive acceptance criteria that can be used by development and testing teams using JIRA.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills and can drive complex decisions with technology partners.
Experience of operating in Agile (Scrum) environment and understanding of Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor education level in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
Candidates should have 10 years of Technical Business Analysis or product management in Brokerage or related field.
5 to 7 years of experience developing products or experience of product management.
JIRA experience.
Experience scaling technical infrastructure to meet the demands of global customers.
