System One has a contract opportunity with a client in the Columbus, OH area.The ideal candidate will be an experienced Business Analyst with strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and SharePoint modernization.

Business Analyst

Primary Responsibilities

• Define and document business requirements for IT and business initiatives, including ERP RFP processes.
• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to support development and refinement sessions.
• Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams during discovery, prioritization, and estimation activities.
• Facilitate QA, UAT coordination, and CAB change management processes.
• Lead refinement sessions and support estimation model completion.

SharePoint Modernization Focus

• Inventory and categorize applications, data, sites, and subsites from on-prem SharePoint 2016 environments.
• Evaluate and disposition inventoried items to either:
  • SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365)or
  • On-prem SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE)based on compatibility and system requirements.
• Document processes and support migration planning.
• Act as a technical point of contact for SharePoint migration activities.

Top Skills Required

• Strong experience inbusiness requirements gathering,user story writing, andacceptance criteria documentation.
• Proven ability inprocess mappingandbusiness process analysis.
• Familiarity withSharePoint environments, especially in the context of modernization or migration projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
