• Hybrid, one day a week onsite in Woodland Hills, CA 91367

Core Qualifications

• Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a technology-driven environment

Technical Proficiency

• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and data modeling
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and enterprise systems

Analytical & Problem-Solving

• Ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights
• Skilled in gap analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessments

Soft Skills & Characteristics

• Proven success in stakeholder management across cross-functional teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to create clear documentation, user stories, and presentations
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align business needs with long-term technology solutions
• Adaptable, proactive, and innovative in fast-paced environments

Bonus Points

• Certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile, or similar
• Experience with change management or digital transformation initiatives
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts or data science workflows
