Preferred/Additional Skills:

• Change management, Electronic Document Management, BPM, Workflow software
• Web and client-server application development, SQL, Data modeling, Visual tools like Visio, Tableau, SmartSheet
• Knowledge of Wisconsin Employment and Unemployment Insurance systems
