Job Description:

• Execute complex initiatives to implement and support product/pricing strategies across E-Commerce and ticketing platforms.
• Learns functionality of new software systems (e.g., SAP Commerce, Horizon ticketing system) and solutions provided by Digital & Technology, combining that knowledge with business requirements from various departments to develop efficient solutions.
• Develops automation through technical skills to improve accuracy and speed to market with product launches.
• Prepares documentation and learning aids for quick onboarding of new software, solutions, and processes.
• Complete setup and configuration of new systems, working closely with vendors and teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and remediate either directly or through teams.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of new systems to ensure functionality.
• Escalate defects with sufficient detail for resolution.
• Collaborate on fixes and verify resolutions.
• Analyze processes to identify efficiency improvements for faster product launches and price changes.
• Leverage technical skills to develop automation using existing systems and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python).
• Participate in requirement gathering with various departments to understand product lifecycle needs.
• Evaluate requirements and develop solutions, documenting design details.
• Participate in onboarding new systems and develop knowledge base materials.
• Develop standards for system utilization across teams, leveraging learnings from different locations.
• Understand and participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and laws.
• Perform all duties satisfactorily, with attendance as a requirement.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience with large-scale admission ticketing systems (e.g., Galaxy, Horizon), including 2+ years' experience with APIs and programming languages (e.g., Visual Basic, Python).
• 1+ year in system setup/configuration and enterprise e-commerce systems (e.g., SAP Commerce Cloud).
• Advanced PC skills: Excel, Access, SQL, relational databases.
• Understanding of financial concepts like Debits/Credits and Deferred Revenue (preferred).
• Flexible learning attitude, strong communication skills, research ability, self-motivation, attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
