Job Description:
- Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Statistics, or a closely related field from an accredited institution of higher education in the U.S. or its equivalent and two (2) years of experience as a Business Analyst. - The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent.
- Min 5 years of related financial services experience.
- Analytical skills, communication skills, PC skills, including office applications and project scheduling and flow charting software, relationship management, facilitation skills.
- Trading and FX trading preferred.
- The person who secures this position will:
- Project work associated with FX Connect trading platform.
- Define business/system requirements by facilitating user meetings and interviewing users, developing use cases, and researching and resolving issues.
- Draft detailed requirements and related documentation.
- Participate in business analysis project planning and management by documenting and maintaining plans, managing issue logs, and preparing project documentation.
- Assist in the analysis of current processes and recommend solutions and improved processes.
- May assist in the analysis of user interface design efforts; participate in design sessions, document and validate recommendations.
