Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Project Manager, Architect, and developers to ensure requirements are communicated, accepted, and meet expectations.
2. Translate and simplify requirements from stakeholders into written requirement documents for the development team. Documents include: Formal Requirements Document, Functional Design Document, Technical Design Document, Technical Use Cases, User stories, Business Cases, Requirements Traceability Matrix, Test cases. (Candidate will need to provide samples of previous documents created. Must submit with resume.)
3. Create diagrams, flowcharts, and workflows of business processes.
4. Create diagrams, flowcharts, and workflows of data flow through the system.
5. Create and manage test cases for Quality Assurance.
6. Familiarity with software and database development concepts.
7. Work as a Business Analyst on a software development team.
8. Strong experience in requirements management and creating all documents listed above.
9. Strong experience in mapping business processes into technical documentation.
10. Strong experience in acceptance testing.
11. Ability to analyze business functions.
12. Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
13. Proficiency in MS Visio and Oracle.
14. Knowledge of .NET projects (C#, .Net).
