Client Engagement Manager/Sr. Technical Recruiter @ SGA, Inc. Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA) is seeking a Business Analyst for a full-time assignment with a premier SkinCare client in Hawthorne, NY. The Business Analyst will work with key business stakeholders to ensure accurate financial information in strategic projects including brand expansions, partnerships, specialty retail, and other initiatives. This role supports the Head of Business on key presentations, projects, and analyses to ensure clear communications on strategic initiatives.

The position requires extensive business and financial acumen, understanding of organizational vision and strategy, familiarity with the competitive market and M&A activities, and the ability to translate long-term plans into specific projects and actions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Regional and Corporate functional areas (Leadership, Finance, R&D, Marketing, Manufacturing, Regulatory and Legal) to facilitate valuation on business development projects, including in-license, out-license, product acquisitions, and company acquisitions.
• Analyze information with a financial and entrepreneurial perspective to identify actionable analyses for product expansion opportunities, technological capabilities, portfolio optimization, and platforms for growth.
• Research and track market trends in dermatology for US and international markets for competitive intelligence purposes.
• Guide scope and implementation of special projects and strategic initiatives, including development and project management of special projects as determined by the President.
• Support the Head of Business in convening meetings on short- or long-term strategic projects, including preparing presentations, developing agendas, drafting briefing papers, and ensuring effective communications with participants.
• Compile, analyze, translate, and present data to management.
• Construct forecast models based on business data and market knowledge; present recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Management to build financial views including P&Ls and present recommendations.
• Understand and incorporate the impact of key finance and accounting variables on NPV, IRR, and NTE of a project.
• Recommend appropriate and creative deal terms to support negotiations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (required).
• 3-5 years of work experience in finance, investment banking, or similar analytical field (required).
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents; strong Excel and data management skills; experience with marketing analysis, data analysis, and reporting software.
• Ability to draw conclusions, identify root causes, and recommend solutions; ability to present complex topics to top management.
• Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment; self-starter with curiosity; independent thinker.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in market interpretation and finance forecasting (preferred).

Location: Hawthorne, NY

Salary: $88,500.00 - $98,000.00
