Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG), a leading management consulting firm, is seeking a strategic and experienced Business Analyst for an upcoming opportunity with the Department of Defense Health Agency Office of Small Business Program Support Service contract responsible for providing small business analysis support.
MSG specializes in delivering innovative solutions in program management, training and technicalassistance, research and evaluation, marketing and communications, and IT and digital services to a range of federal clients, including extensive experience with the Departments of Health and Human Services, Labor, and Education. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance through the use of analytical tools and real-time visibility of performance metrics to facilitate in-depth analysis of what is driving the DHA small business performance.
  • Provide assistance and support in the evaluation of strategic planning initiatives and establishment of annual small business goals.
  • Support OSBP in the daily monitoring and distribution of communication from a variety of sources such as received via OSBP electronic mailboxes, public media, and internal and/or external Government sources and compile a listing of salient facts derived from such monitoring.
  • Provide Small Business Reports.
  • Draft slides and presentations.
  • Provide Small Business Achievement Reports every Monday.
  • Provide Small Business Subcontracting Reports semi-annually.
Qualifications:
  • Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a business field and at least five (5) years' experience successfully managing several direct reports and multiple functional areas.
  • Knowledge in federal procurement, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Regulations Supplement (DFARS), small business and program execution, strategic communication, mentor-protege and program support services.
