Business Analyst Job at AVTECH SOLUTIONS INC. in Miami

Responsibilities

• Analyze business process and practice in an effort to focus the design and implementation of information technology solutions that meet customer needs and business initiative
• Collaborate on an on-going basis with the Programmer / Analysts
• Apply analytical skills within functional area
• Consult frequently with technical and non-technical team members to ensure a complete understanding of their needs and concerns
• Create deliverables such as functional and Technical requirements, use case scenarios and process flows
• Assist in the execution / analysis of performance testing
• Ensure product meets business and technical requirements as well as all company standards
• Create training manuals and facilitate training for the system users
• Communicate effectively with all team members, project sponsors and stakeholders both technical and non-technical

Requirements

• Experience as a Technical Business Analyst (2+ years)
• Experience writing requirements, use cases and process flow
• Experience with development / implementation of Identity Access Management system (2-3 years)
• Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail

• Highly skilled and ability to learn quickly and multi-task, prioritize work to ensure deadlines are achieved
• Has a strong continuous improvement mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to stay calm under pressure
• Has a sense of urgency and is accountable
• Ability to develop and document policies and procedures
• Proficient Sharepoint and Excel skills
• Experience with Infopath is a plus
• IT experience is a plus.
