Base pay range
$29.60/hr - $39.60/hr
Job Summary
- Monitor site and ensure item compliance with established polices and guidelines.
- Monitor item reports for trends or developing risks to the site, this may include analysis of internal item data reports, reviewing news stories for item trends, or working on annotations with machine learning models.
- Analyze data and drive rule efficiency to support Business, Compliance policies and internal standards, this will include -
- developing rule logic to enforce site policies;
- identifying gaps and areas for improvements and enhancements;
- troubleshooting and analyzing item data to identify the root cause of an issue;

Responsibilities
- analyzing results in order to measure effectiveness of rules;
- testing rules to build improved efficiencies and processes;
- auditing rules to limit the impact to business and legitimate transactions;
- collaborating and communicating with cross functional partners and key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of equivalent work experience
- Excel and data analysis experience
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- High degree of initiative and deadline-driven productivity
- Experience working with partners and teammates across different time zones and cultures
- Experience with eCommerce, retail and customer service, compliance, SEO/SEM, or content review/moderation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with people at a variety of levels
- Resourceful and intellectually curious mentality, not afraid tdig intissues or projects
- Experience with SQL, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow and Salesforce
- Familiar and comfortable working in gray areas or dealing with offensive content
- Pop culture nerd, gamer or avid online shopper a plus

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Randstad Digital offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, and life insurance offerings, short-term disability, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).
