Job Description:

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with various stakeholders and Prime Contractors to ensure the successful delivery of projects by understanding business requirements and translating them into actionable insights. Your role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business processes and project needs, helping bridge the gap between the business and technical teams. You will assist in ensuring projects meet their objectives within budget, on time, and in scope.

Role & Responsibilities

• Document business requirements through stakeholder and prime contractor interviews and analysis.
• Develop business cases and project charters in collaboration with project teams.
• Analyze and model business processes and systems for efficiency improvements.
• Ensure timely and clear communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure successful project execution.
