Soft2Bet is a leading international operator and platform provider in the iGaming industry, with a diverse portfolio of innovative casino and sportsbook brands. As we expand in the US, we are seeking a Business Analyst to turn data into actionable insights that guide product, marketing, and operational decisions.
This is a high-impact role where you will own reporting and analysis across key business metrics, including GGR, ARPU, and retention. You’ll build dashboards, track experiments, and deliver insights that help shape strategy at every level. The ideal candidate is not only analytically strong, but also confident, creative, and proactive — someone who can step in front of the CEO or senior leadership, present findings clearly, and influence decision-making.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain dashboards and regular performance reports (GGR, ARPU, retention, churn, campaign ROI).
Partner with Product and CRM teams to design, track, and evaluate experiments.
Provide regulatory reporting support, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Identify data trends, uncover insights, and present recommendations to drive business outcomes.
Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level leadership.
Take ownership of ad hoc analyses and proactively highlight opportunities for optimization.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in analytics, preferably in iGaming, gaming, eCommerce, or other digital consumer businesses.
Strong SQL skills and proficiency with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
Experience working with marketing, product, and finance teams on data-driven projects.
Proven ability to present insights confidently to senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and initiative — able to work independently and own deliverables end-to-end.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
