Responsibilities Specific To The Colo Program Include:

1. Collect and analyze asset data, prepare reporting, and facilitate recommendations and decision-making regarding customer asset inventory to ensure alignment with the strategic direction of the business and System IT.
2. Engage and communicate with leadership at all levels of the S&R organization and governance, facilitating prioritization and strategic directional discussions and decisions.
3. Engage and communicate with System IT leadership regarding customer planning, blockers, and removal of blockers.
4. Be a liaison between high priority strategic customer programs and System IT.
5. Be the liaison between the customer and System IT Finance organization to ensure understanding of and appropriate application of IT charges.
6. Provide change management support as the customer implements transformational enterprise platforms that align with their strategic direction.
7. Facilitate and guide application of scrum and agile principles to the team's work.
8. Manage the BDG records management program.
9. Risk Management: Understand and apply risk management discipline in decision making, and contribute to the function's risk management.
10. Decision Making: Work under guidance in planning procedures and methods to attain objectives.
11. Support complex, multi-phase project schedules with dependences, critical path analysis, and KPI tracking using MS Project.
12. Support dynamic workbooks and dashboards, automated reporting tools, and complex data analysis using Excel.
13. Design, support, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual analytics with Power BI.
14. Support infrastructure project management or related experience is preferred.

• Perform complex analysis of major business issues and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Assess current capabilities, anticipate customer needs, and recommend process improvements.
• Review, compile, and analyze detailed statistics and data for business issues.
• Guide and collaborate on process mapping and business alignment.
• Evaluate root causes and effects into solutions.
• Lead process improvement discussions and present outcomes to senior management.
• Develop and update business processes.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
