Job Title: Cogito Business Analyst

Employment Type: Contract W2 (Remote)

Pay Range: $50 - $100 per hour

Description

• Translate business needs into technical reporting solutions within EPIC Cogito.
• Facilitate communication between data developers and business users.
• Define KPIs and performance metrics for clinical and operational teams.
• Lead requirements gathering and documentation efforts.
• Ensure reporting solutions align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Cogito teams to implement solutions.
• Analyze data trends and provide insights.
• Assist in the design of dashboards and reports.
• Support user testing and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a business analyst in healthcare.
• Hands-on experience with EPIC Cogito Suite.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare workflows and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Informatics, or related field.
