HR Business Analyst

We are seeking an HR Business Analyst in Greensboro, NC who will provide analytical support and insights to optimize HR processes and drive strategic decision making. As a subject matter expert in analytics, this role is responsible for developing analytics strategy, defining and analyzing HR metrics, identifying trends, and recommending solutions to enhance employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, and workforce planning. Working without supervision, the HR Business Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.

Job Functions:

  • Leads and optimizes talent management, recruitment, onboarding, and related systems (ERP, ATS, CRM, career portals).
  • Expert in ERP platforms (Workday, Oracle, SAP) with strong system navigation and support capabilities.
  • Develops strategic, actionable reports and dashboards to drive data-informed HR decisions and process improvements.
  • Provides consultative support for People + Culture initiatives, ensuring effective data management and reporting.
  • Partners with stakeholders to assess analytics needs, deliver reports, and identify trends for workforce planning.
  • Ensures data accuracy, resolves discrepancies, and maintains reporting tables and HR dashboards.
  • Collaborates with IT and analytics teams to enhance data structures and reporting capabilities.

Required:

  • * Bachelors Degree
  • * 5+ years of Human Resources experience
  • * MUST have strong retirement plan administration experience (please notate this on resume)
  • * Strong knowledge of all federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements and other laws affecting benefit programs including ACA, ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, ADA, Section 125, DOL requirements.
  • * Proficiency in HRIS applications
  • * Open enrollment experience
  • * Outsourced vendor project management experience

Preferred:

  • * Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word and Power Point) is strongly preferred
  • * CBP or CEBS preferred

Location: Greensboro, NC - 100% on site Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)

Pay Rate - Locals $50 an hour
