About The Company

Our client is a financial and real estate services company specializing in equities, investment banking, and fixed income products. The Senior Business Analyst will assist with implementing and optimizing technology applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering with finance stakeholders to understand business needs
• Support and troubleshoot technology tools
• Drive process re-engineering for optimization and efficiency
• Collaborate on implementing redesigned processes aligning with organizational goals
• Maintain project governance frameworks ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and quality deliverables
• Develop and deliver training on new technologies for junior analysts and finance teams

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in finance, business, or IT
• 7-10 years of finance-related experience
• Proficiency with tools like Workiva Wdesk, Alteryx, Tableau, UI Path, Kyriba
• Leadership, process re-engineering, and project governance expertise
• Business analysis or relevant technology certifications (e.g., CBAP)

Salary Range

$180,000 - $210,000
