Job Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid)

Job Description/ Requirement:
•5 years' experience with As-Is and To-Be process flows or equivalent business/IT process flows.
•5 years' experience collecting and documenting requirements, preferably a combination of Waterfall and Agile methodology.
•3 to 5 years' experience writing detailed Epics, Features, and User Stories.
•3 to 5 years' experience with Microsoft office, including Visio (for process flow creation).
•3 to 5 years' experience using Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools.
•Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
•Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
