Business Analyst (SAP) our client requires a Business Analyst with experience working on cloud ERP solution projects (preferably SAP Cloud) to document HR processes for the SAP Employee Central system integration.
Work is hybrid with 2 days in office per week.
Duties Include:
- Document business processes for Human Resources for mapping to the SAP Cloud solution, experience with the Employee Central system preferred.
- Lead the business process analysis and business systems functional/technical analysis for the design and implementation of core functions of the ERP implementation.
- Develop and execute project plans, including risk, scope, communication and schedules.
- Lead consultations and facilitate stakeholder meetings.
- Plan, monitor, and control projects from concept to closing using the appropriately scaled methodology.
- Develop Testing material for the Module (Employee Central) with Module Lead and Module colleagues in alignment with the Testing Approach.
Mandatory Requirements Include:
- 7+ Years of experience.
- Degree or Professional Certification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated business systems analysis experience for Cloud ERP solutions; SAP Cloud experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in project management delivering project solutions.
- Expert in using Google Suite.
- Knowledge of proven industry best practices and standards.
Desirable Requirements Include:
- CBAP and/or PMI-PBA designation.
Skills Required:
- Strong business experience in a SAP Finance/Controlling in both support and project roles.
- Expertise across the following SAP FI/CO sub-modules GL, AP, AR, Product Costing, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Consolidations (BPC), Planning/Forecasting.
- Solid understanding of sales and distribution along with manufacturing/production processes.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Experience with merger and acquisition projects.
- Designed and implemented complex Finance solutions that include integrations with other SAP modules like SD, SCM and external systems.
- Experience with data conversion tools like LSMW, Setting up batch jobs, Output configuration, Integration with non-SAP systems.
- Experience with SAP Sales and Use tax, preferably with external tax systems like Vertex.
- Hands-on experience building SAP queries.
Nice to have skills:
- Hands-on experience with S4.
- Prior experience with Fiori Apps.
- Experience working with Solution manager.
- Basic knowledge of SAP authorizations.
- Good understanding of BI reporting.
