We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with strong User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience to support Freddie Mac’s Securitization Platform Modernization Program. This is a multi-year transformation initiative aimed at replacing legacy mainframe applications, streamlining securitization workflows, and enabling new product capabilities on the Common Securitization Platform (CSP), managed by CSS/US Fintech.
The role requires direct client interaction, hands-on testing, and stakeholder collaboration, making it ideal for professionals who thrive in structured financial services environments.
Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into testable scenarios.
Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test planning, test case preparation, execution, and defect management.
Conduct business validations to ensure system functionality aligns with securitization workflows and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with Freddie Mac teams to support the rollout of new securitization features and enhancements.
Provide stakeholder management and clear communication across cross-functional teams.
Document test results, track issues, and provide actionable insights for remediation.
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and business requirement analysis.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or UAT Analyst in financial services, preferably in capital markets or securitization domains.
Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering, gap analysis, and workflow analysis.
Demonstrated expertise in User Acceptance Testing and hands-on test execution.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills – ability to engage with both business and technical teams.
Proven ability to manage testing cycles, track issues, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
Local to Vienna, VA / DMV area – must be available to work onsite 5 days per week.
Past Freddie Mac experience or strong familiarity with Freddie Mac securitization processes.
Knowledge of Common Securitization Platform (CSP) and related capital markets workflows.
Background in mainframe modernization projects or large-scale platform transformation initiatives.
