You've spent years helping organizations make better decisions through data—and now you can do the same for our HRIS team. This role offers the chance to lead reporting and analytics efforts that inform workforce planning, talent management, and operational strategy. You'll optimize workflows, improve reporting capabilities, and ensure our systems support strategic goals. We're looking for someone who can bridge gaps and build solutions. This is an in-person role.

Responsibilities

  1. Primary focus will be serving as the SME for UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM):
    1. Lead UKG timekeeping, plant WFM configuration, enhancements, and upgrades.
    2. Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
    3. Oversee time clocks and employee timekeeping kiosks.
    4. Manage UKG WFM shift configuration, pay rules, and related policies.
  2. Ensure system compliance with data security, privacy, and legal standards.
  3. Configure and maintain security profiles and access controls.
  4. Collaborate with external vendors on implementations and upgrades.
  5. Provide technical support to HR, Benefits, and Payroll teams.
  6. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows aligned with business needs.
  7. Maintain audit trails for configuration changes and report generation.
  8. Coordinate third-party interface development and maintenance.
  9. Partner with HR, Benefits, and Payroll experts to identify automation and process improvements.
  10. Participate in department and company-wide projects as assigned.
  • Qualifications
    1. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
    2. 5+ years of experience owning system functionality, configuration, and administration.
    3. Experience in the manufacturing industry.
    4. Proficiency with reporting tools.
    5. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
    6. Experience as a business partner in a multi-site organization.
    7. Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
    8. Ability to develop and present technical solutions to stakeholders.
    9. Experience with system implementations, upgrades, and UAT.
