Business Analyst Job at TechDigital Group in Chicago

Responsibilities:

1. Work with client Stakeholders to carve out current state baselines and functionalities of the EZR application. Mine and analyze current state process and information flow through collaboration workshops.
2. Evaluate process, technology, and operations impact of the changes being proposed. Define detailed Business and System requirements, process flows, and build work backlog via EPIC Features Stories using JIRA, Lucid charts, and other prescribed tools. Identify interdependencies and balance competing priorities to ensure project objectives are achieved in a timely manner.
3. Conduct requirement walkthroughs with involved stakeholders. Contribute to feature estimation. Proactively manage risks and issues associated with Business Analysis deliverables.
4. Provide technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
5. Conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization, and implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
6. Ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions or reviews as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and closure of escalations.
