Location:Cleveland, OH (Preferred) | Buffalo, NY | Albany, NY | Columbus, OH

Job Summary:

We are seeking aLead Business Analystto support an ATM initiativefor a banking client. The selected candidate will play a key role in driving requirements gathering and documentation across a highly integrated environment.

Top Responsibilities:

1. Documentcurrent and future stateprocesses at both technical and functional levels.
2. Leadrequirements elicitation, especially non-functional requirements, and translate business needs into detailed documentation.
3. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
4. Maintain and update documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Review test casesto ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Must-Have Skills:

1. Lead BA experiencetolead elicitation efforts, includingnon-functional requirements.
2. Strong skills inorganizing documentationand communicating bothtechnical and functional gap analyses(current vs. future state).
3. Experience withlarge-scale integration projects(e.g., 30+ integration points).
4. Banking industry experienceis required (ATM experience is a strong plus).
5. Understanding ofSQL data movement, file formats, and data interpretation (no SQL coding required).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience withATM systems.
• Familiarity withMS Project
