Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to provide updates and scope new business opportunities
- Analyze business operations, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Create system specs, workflow diagrams, and user requirements
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and implementation
- 3–5+ years as a Business Analyst (or relevant experience)
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.4
- Strong consulting and client relationship skills
- Excellent communicator of technical concepts
- Self-motivated and independently drives projects
- Keeps business goals in mind when designing technical solutions
- Experience with custom software, IT systems, or SharePoint (preferred)
