Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong ERP and SOX compliance knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to gather and manage both business and technical requirements, working in Agile and Waterfall environments. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can document processes, develop user stories, create test cases, and define process flows or value stream maps.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and manage business and technical requirements for Salesforce, ERP, and SOX-related initiatives.
• Work in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Create and maintain process documentation, user stories, test cases, and process flows/value stream maps.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Support testing activities, including test planning, execution, and defect resolution.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution validation with stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to SOX compliance standards in all relevant deliverables.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must have: Salesforce, ERP, and SOX compliance experience.
• Proven experience gathering and managing requirements in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Strong skills in documenting processes, creating user stories, and developing test cases.
• Experience defining process flows and/or value stream maps.
• Demonstrated success in working closely with stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst).
• Familiarity with change management and release management processes in Salesforce.
• Experience with enterprise-scale ERP implementations.
