Position Summary:

We are hiring a Metrics Business Analyst to support data collection, reporting, and analytics efforts across multiple operational lines. The ideal candidate will apply best practices in business intelligence and data interpretation to maximize the value of metrics and reduce redundant reporting efforts among ship crews and Division/Squadron staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Use data analysis to identify tresnds, issues, and improvement opportunities.
Coordinate across departments to streamline reporting and metric usage.
Develop dashboards, reports, and other visual data tools.
Recommend data-driven solutions to leadership based on operational insights.
Support implementation of standardized metrics and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field.
2+ years of experience in business analysis or performance metrics.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, etc.).
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Understanding of DoD structures or naval operations is a strong plus.
