Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a deep understanding of Fixed Income trading, Repos, and vendor platforms like Bloomberg or Calypso? Join a high-impact team in the heart of NYC and help drive mission-critical projects across global trading systems.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with traders, operations teams, and IT stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and functional requirements
• Analyze and model current-state vs. future-state workflows to identify pain points and optimization opportunities
• Translate business needs into precise functional specs and partner with technology teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams—owning the communication pipeline
• Lead system integration testing, UAT coordination, and operational rollout
• Engage with external vendors and platforms to align integration efforts (Bloomberg, Calypso, etc.)

What You Bring

• 7–10 years of business analysis experience within the capital markets or structured finance space
• Expertise in Fixed Income, Repos, Money Markets, FX Swaps, and related instruments
• Experience with vendor trading platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Calypso – Aladdin experience is a big plus!)
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation (6/10 level or higher)
• Knowledge of data mapping, lineage, and governance
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—able to craft clear documentation and interact with global teams
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Excel
