Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with a focus on digital projects to join our team in West Des Moines, Iowa. This is a long-term contract position with the potential for conversion to a permanent role. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in UI/UX design and excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to support the Digital Portal Team.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and document business requirements to ensure alignment with project goals and stakeholder needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to deliver effective digital solutions.

Support the development and enhancement of client-facing digital portals with a focus on UI/UX improvements.

Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for process optimization and recommend actionable solutions.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of deliverables.

Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirement documents and process workflows.

Utilize tools such as Atlassian Jira to track project progress and manage tasks effectively.

Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies to support iterative project development.

Conduct AB testing to validate digital solutions and ensure optimal user experiences.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a digital or UI/UX-focused role.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform gap analyses and recommend process improvements.

Proficiency in tools such as Atlassian Jira, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.

Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and participation in related ceremonies.

Familiarity with AB testing and its application in digital projects.

Knowledge of CRM systems and claim administration processes.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate and thorough documentation.
