About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to serve as a crucial link between IT and business units. You’ll translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate thrives in hybrid environments, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable working cross-functionally with stakeholders.

Business & Systems Analysis

• Gather, document, and analyze detailed business and system requirements
• Design functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and technical documentation
• Translate complex business needs into effective and scalable system solutions

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Lead and coordinate functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Ensure seamless implementation of new features and fixes

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams
• Facilitate collaboration and manage expectations across departments

Data & Reporting

• Collaborate with data teams for integrations and reporting
• Create dashboards and reports to drive informed decision-making

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure adherence to SOX, PCI-DSS, and cybersecurity standards
• Support internal audits, risk assessments, and disaster recovery initiatives
• Lead process improvement and system optimization efforts
• 3+ years as a Business Systems Analyst
• 8+ years total industry experience in tech/business systems
• Hands-on with low-code platforms, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Familiarity with cloud-native architecture (Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices)

Tools & Platforms:

• Git, Jenkins, Jira, ADO, Asana
• Certifications: CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe
• Strong understanding of business processes, ERP, and CRM systems
