We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards, managing data workflows within Microsoft Fabric, and ensuring data accuracy through rigorous testing and validation. You will also play a key role in project management and engaging with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

About the Role

This role will be instrumental in developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards, managing data workflows within Microsoft Fabric, and ensuring data accuracy through rigorous testing and validation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards using data hosted in Microsoft Fabric.
• Collaborate with data engineers to load and model new datasets into Fabric.
• Conduct data validation and testing to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting outputs.
• Partner with business units to gather requirements, define KPIs, and deliver insights that drive decision-making.
• Manage BI projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Provide training and support to end users to maximize adoption and self-service capabilities.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and recommend enhancements to the BI ecosystem.
