8-9 years of overall experience and 3-5+ years of experience working as a Systems or Business Analyst or QA Analyst, documenting and testing requirements using at least one of the following collaborative management tools: Rational Team Concert, Rational Requirements Composer, JIRA, Requisite Pro, Caliber, Rally, Version One, ALM or Confluence

Qualifications

• 8-9 years of overall experience with 3-5+ years as a Systems or Business Analyst or QA Analyst
• Experience documenting and testing requirements using: Rational Team Concert, Rational Requirements Composer, JIRA, Requisite Pro, Caliber, Rally, Version One, ALM or Confluence
• Experience working with product owners, stakeholders, and technical staff

Preferred Skills

• Experience in working with executives or vendors
• Experience with Financial Planning and Wealth Management systems development is highly desirable
• Financial Services industry experience is a plus
• Splunk, SQL, XML/XSD, experience with XML-based test harnesses, web service troubleshooting tools, API design, data models, and understanding DB entity-relationship diagrams and documentation is a plus
• Wealth Management software and understanding of retirement planning, modern portfolio theory or general investment principles
