RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to work hybrid/onsite Tuesday through Thursday in Charlotte, NC (preferred) or Birmingham, AL.

Summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support strategic initiatives within their Small Business Lending and Asset-Based Financing teams. This BSA will be instrumental in building and enhancing the digital lending experience for small business customers through web and app-based platforms. The role is highly collaborative and plays a critical part in helping small businesses apply for and open credit/loan accounts seamlessly via the company's website.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements
• Provide analytical and design support for the application development and UX teams
• Participate in agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning
• Support solution architects and developers to ensure proper implementation of business needs
• Collaborate with QA counterparts to support testing, validation, and delivery processes
• Assist in integration and data mapping efforts related to upstream platforms
• Communicate consistently with cross-functional teams and application delivery stakeholders post-contract
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8-10+ years of business systems analysis experience, ideally within financial services
• Strong end-to-end lending lifecycle knowledge, including origination, servicing, and integration
• Proven experience with Loan IQ, AFS Vision, and nCino or similar lending systems
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with small business lending platforms or SBA-related products
• Exposure to data mapping or validation exercises
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, MuleSoft, and AI integrations
• Technical fluency with interface design and data integration processes
  
  

Team & Work Environment:

• Join a subset team of ~20 professionals including analysts, engineers, and QAs
• This group is focused on upstream integration-accepting digital applications and feeding them into core systems
• Culture emphasizes transparency, collaboration, and product ownership
• Office space availability in Charlotte; Remote flexibility is provided with occasional onsite interaction (e.g., team lunches)
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
