Base pay range

$70.00/hr - $80.00/hr

On-Demand Group is currently seeking Healthcare Business Analyst with expertise in Commercial plans for a 5+ month consulting engagement. This role will be hybrid, working onsite 3x/week.

Position Overview:

The Sr. Business Analyst works with business partners and end users throughout the organization to understand and document customer requirements and assist with project implementation and testing. In this role, you will be a leader in defining scope, high level process flows and business context for several projects of various sizes. You will be asked to define user stories and elicit high level and detailed requirements from business stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working within the healthcare industry – specifically in the payer space (required)
• Experienced working with healthcare operational processes for commercial plans (ASO and fully-insured)
• Ability to conduct focused interviews, identify business process improvement opportunities, document and prioritize requirements, manage scope, focus on business value, and provide supporting visual documentation.
• Industry knowledge of tools, techniques and industry best-practices for performing data analysis, business process flows and supporting documentation.
• Communication (written/verbal) and organizational skills that support an advanced ability to partner effectively with various levels of management and gain cross-functional support.
• Experience working on an SAFe/Agile scrum team
• Ability to work independently

The projected hourly range for this position is $70 to $80, DOE.
