Responsibilities

• Engage with banking professionals to gather and define business needs and solution requirements.
• Analyze and document current and future business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with technology teams to translate business requirements into actionable projects.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and solution enhancements.
  
  
  

Skills

• Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within Investment Banking.
• Strong understanding of investment banking products and operations.
• Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in process analysis and documenting business requirements.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and user story creation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

• Experience in product ownership or leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Knowledge of capital markets and trading platforms.
