The world’s largest manufacturer of conveyorized car wash equipment and controls systems is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that business requirements are clearly communicated and effectively implemented in the company’s technology systems. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams in planning and executing high-value software development projects.

Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field/experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and processes.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Background in Quality Assurance (as a plus).

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, objectives, and constraints.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications that align with business goals.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis for proposed solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business and development teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Assist in the design and development of technical solutions to meet business needs.
• Review and validate technical designs and specifications.
• Participate in project planning and coordination, tracking progress and ensuring timely milestones.
• Monitor and report on product progress, identifying and addressing issues and risks.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback with development teams.
• Create and execute test plans to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements.
• Develop and update project and product documentation, requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
