Description

Business Systems Analyst

Location: Onsite | Full-Time

Robert Half is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst for our client in Green Bay to support business systems within a manufacturing environment. This role serves as a key point of contact between IT and business users, ensuring applications effectively support operations across procurement, production, inventory, and sales.

This is a Permanent Hire position that will require an onsite work schedule (Mon-Fri).

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into system enhancements and workflow improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in collaboration with users and vendors
• Recommend process optimizations and scalable system solutions
• Document system changes and support project delivery timelines
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 4+ years supporting systems tied to manufacturing operations
• Experience with requirements gathering, testing, and business process definition
• Knowledge of change management practices and integrated enterprise systems
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
